#Suvarstroit – one of the largest construction companies in the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, the assets of the company built eight residential complexes. Four more are under construction. The traditional trip to the sales department of a construction company is reminiscent of a visit to the “library” because of the abundance of advertising booklets about residential complexes. This complicates the selection process on the part of buyers, complicates the work of managers and increases the time spent on meeting. We suggested that company #Suvarstroit replace traditional marketing tools in sales offices with a multimedia presentation.
The key object of the presentation is an illustrated map of the city of Kazan, on which we have placed residential complexes. This allowed us to simplify the process of choosing the location of the LCD. Information about each complex was collected in blocks: presentation, photo / video gallery, virtual 3D tour and embedded browser to go to the site. All these blocks are combined into an application running on the base of the touch table. Feature of the application is a virtual 3D-tour. The client can view the layouts, view the interior of the apartments and the view from the window.
